Terms of service

The rules for using ingenzio.com, Gitta and ProjectMesh, written to be read.

01Agreement

These terms apply when you use ingenzio.com, Gitta or ProjectMesh (the "services"), which are run by Ingenzio in Puerto Rico. By using the services you agree to them. If you use them for an organization, you agree on its behalf.

02Early-stage services

Gitta and ProjectMesh are in active development. Gitta runs on a staging environment with access by invitation, and ProjectMesh is in early access. Features change, things can break, and the services may be unavailable at times. We'll do our best to keep your data safe through those changes.

03Your account

Give us accurate information and keep your credentials safe. You're responsible for what happens under your account, including actions taken by agents and API keys or tokens you create. Tell us right away if you think your account has been compromised.

04Your content

You own the code and content you put into the services. You give us permission to host, copy, process and display it only as needed to run the services for you, including sending it to AI model providers when you use AI features. We don't claim ownership of anything you create.

05AI features

AI reviews, plans and agent changes can be wrong or incomplete. Review them before you rely on them. Agents open pull requests; merging and deploying code is your decision and your responsibility.

06Acceptable use

Don't use the services to:

  • break the law or infringe anyone's rights;
  • store or distribute malware, or attack other systems;
  • mine cryptocurrency, or otherwise abuse pipelines, runners or agents for work unrelated to your software;
  • get around rate limits, guardrails or access controls;
  • access other people's accounts or data.

We may stop jobs, limit usage or suspend accounts that break these rules or put the services or other users at risk.

07Fees

The services are free while they're in staging and early access. If we introduce paid plans, we'll tell you before anything is charged, and you can decide whether to continue.

08Ending your use

You can stop using the services and ask us to delete your account at any time. We may suspend or close accounts that violate these terms. When an account is closed, you can ask us for an export of your data first.

09Disclaimers

The services are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows. We don't promise they'll be uninterrupted, error-free or suitable for a particular purpose.

10Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, Ingenzio isn't liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for lost data, profits or revenue. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the services in the twelve months before the claim, or US $100 if you paid nothing.

11Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Puerto Rico and applicable United States federal law. Disputes go to the courts located in Puerto Rico.

12Changes

We may update these terms. We'll change the date at the top, and for significant changes we'll tell account holders by email before they take effect.
